Founders
James Nevins
James served 10 years in the United States Army as a Human Resource specialist and also served a tour of duty in Afghanistan during that time. He has a BS in finance and holds a special certification in the areas of self-funding and compliance. Specifically, he has a wide range of experience in finding and implementing various cost containment strategies. James has most notably worked to develop and implement various association plans and brings a unique and innovative approach to employee benefits.
Royce Reding
Royce attended William Jewell College on a debate scholarship and graduated with a BS in political science. He has more than a decade of experience working on state and federal campaigns, including over eight years serving for US Congressman Billy Long. Rep. Long’s assignment on the Healthcare subcommittee gave Royce unique insight into the legislative work to repeal the ACA and other regulatory compliance issues facing businesses today. He has been quoted by national news outlets on matters ranging from politics to healthcare.
